In this assignment you are to select and make a business recommendation for one of the business legal issues listed in table 1.0. You will need to conduct the necessary legal research to support your recommendation. You are to (1) Clearly identify the legal issue, (2) Identify any business risk associated with the issue, (3) Conduct the necessary legal research to support your recommendation using high quality sources and (4) Provide a recommendation that demonstrates critical thinking through a careful analysis of the problem. Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length. The report must document citations in support of your recommendation and conclusions. Your effort on this assignment will be evaluated using the attached scoring rubric.

The issue I have chosen is the following:

1) Capacity and Legality
2) Textbook reference: Chapter 16
3) Possible search terms: legality, negligence, exculpatory clause
4) Here is the situation: International Airlines, Inc., prints on its tickets that it is not liable for any injury to a passenger cause by the airlines negligence. If the cause of an accident is found to be the airline’s negligence, can it use the clause as defense to liabilty?

The rubric will be in one of the attachments. I will be providing steps on how the paper is to be written according to the professor as well. This is also in one of the attachments, same attachment with the rubric. If the writer can follow them please. This is a general research paper. As far as what kind of grade I would want, according to the rubric, I would want a grade ranging from a 3-4 (please look over rubric to know what the 3 & 4 grade is).

The text book that is used for this class is the following: Dynamic Business Law by Kubasek, 3rd Edition.
