My story:

When i was only 11 I gave a privat teaching classes to my peers. I thought, i’ll be a teacher, but my high level goal orientation led me to business and managerial roles. I continued teaching, but in different way – my collegues has always said, that i have been a fabulous leader and mentor in their careers, especially in growth and achievement of high performance. And now i’m here – in different way of sharing knowledges – as Your Private Mentor.

• Leadership & Board Governance: Aiva served as a Board Member for a renowned historical manor complex in Latvia for 4 years. This complex operates a hotel, museum, restaurant, event planning, and real estate renovation projects.
• Media Industry Expertise: Aiva brings 15 years of diverse experience in television, having held positions such as Head of Advertising Department, Producer, Journalist, TV Host, and Project Manager. Notably, she served as Managing Director for 6 years, including leading the creation and launch of a new television channel.
• Marketing & Business Development: Aiva possesses 3 years of experience as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager for a newly opened shopping center. Beyond this role, she leverages her expertise to provide consulting and strategic guidance in tourism, PR, marketing, and sales for various companies.
• Academic & Mentorship Background: Aiva holds a Master's degree in Business Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Public Relations. Her passion for education extends beyond her own credentials. She actively contributes as a lecturer in Media Management for Master's degree students and serves as a dedicated mentor.
